The school is a public school situated in Rabie Ridge, Midrand and basically serves learners who come from a low-socioeconomic background. The total learner enrolment from grade 8 to grade 12 is 1818.

Charity begins at home! To honour this and do their best to ‘make a difference’, the AIGS team chose Witkoppen Primary School as the recipient of their fundraising efforts. Located in close proximity to the office, many team members pass by this school every day witnessing countless students either barefoot or in worn-out shoes.

In the spirit of giving, the entire AIGS team donated money to purchase stationery, school backpacks and school shoes, with Rick Parry, AIGS CEO, matching rand for rand.

It has been an exercise well worth repeating! Not only did it bring joy to those who received but has had a lasting effect and touched the hearts of every single team member.

The passion and dedication of its owners inspired AIGS to assist in helping them take the business even further. To date, AIGS has offered both marketing support together with ongoing and regular mentoring and business guidance.

When Serena approached AIGS, they immediately saw the value of what she was proposing. The last few months have seen AIGS involved in the setting up of this automated portal, with all development time and expertise donated free of charge, on a shared risk model.
