In this, our second newsletter for 2019 and with the first 'silly season' of the year almost done (roughly a month of 4-day weeks!), I would like to take the opportunity to thank you, our valued partners and customers, for the continued support.

Your confidence in both ours and Progress' joint vision inspires us to continue delivering the best possible service, thereby providing you with an environment that supports your growth.

As part of our commitment to ensure you receive maximum value from the various offerings available in the Progress stack, we remain committed to addressing the needs of our local community together with continuously sharing with you the direction and message from our principal.

With the recent release of Progress OpenEdge Version 12 (more can be seen here), there is a huge focus and drive to transition the majority of Progress partners and customers worldwide to the 11.7 release cycle, and thereafter to Version 12. For those tasked with having to 'sell' this migration internally, or even externally to customers, there are several resources that will assist in this process. (more can be seen here).

We also understand that the ever-increasing pressure from 'business' to modernise and provide new and/ or additional functionality is relentless, and it is this that we feel the 'sales message' for moving to Version 11.7, and then Version 12, should be focused on. We believe the current (and growing) Progress suite of products (more here) holds the key to continued growth, constant evolution and the cost effective modernisation of your software

Further, we trust that our professionalism, coupled with a strong and authentic personal touch, enhances the probability of success at every step. Our continued goal is to create and maintain solid and long-lasting customer centric relationships that in turn will translate into ongoing and winning strategies, leading to exponential growth for both parties.

As we head off to attend Progress NEXT in Orlando over the next few days, we are excited to share the latest news and insights from the Progress world upon our return and look forward to continued and regular engagement with all of you moving forward.
