Having joined AIGS in 2014, Gerturude’s original role saw her responsible for keeping the office in tip-top shape and ensuring its smooth running behind the scenes. Her dedication to the task at hand and pleasant demeanour saw her promoted to receptionist in August 2018.

Tasked with running the AIGS reception area, receiving and welcoming visitors, efficiently directing incoming phone calls together with various admin related responsibilities, Gerturude continues to efficiently and effectively assist with the smooth running of the business.

A  mother figure to many at AIGS, particularly a few of the younger team members, Gerturude’s patience and compassion has seen her become a role model to many.
