Many organisations faced huge challenges when the country went into lockdown and business trading ground to a halt. Dovetail felt the economic impact of 2020, just like everybody else, with several projects being placed on hold and with some clients facing trying times.<\/p><p>However, we were in a fortunate position to offer software to logistics organisations \u2013 specifically Courier companies \u2013 with exactly what they needed to satisfy the growing demand that e-commerce created. Not only were we able to provide our existing clients with upgrades into our new Progress based technologies, we also added a number of new clients to our customer base.<\/p><p>Dovetail is proof of how, with the right attitude, it is possible to turn problems into opportunities!
